Refund and Returns Policy

I  hope you are happy with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 calendar days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the same packaging.

In the first instance, please send a photograph of the item to this email address: info@handcraftcardstokeep.co.uk This must be no later than 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number and the reason for returning the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by email. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods incurred during return shipping. Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be paid to you via Paypal within 2 days.

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact Paypal, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges:

We will only replace items if they are damaged. In the first instance, please send a photograph of the item to this email address: info@handcraftcardstokeep.co.uk 

Please include your order number and the reason for wanting to exchange the item.
